Iran:
the second Karate Tsunami training in Honbu Dojo
for a group of six Iranian instructors

On Friday 4-th of December 2009
in Honbu Dojo in Warsaw took place the second special Karate Tsunami seminar for the group of six instructors from Iran.
The group arrived by air to Warsaw
from Tehran via Vienna.

This training took place on the initiative of the Iranian side which got in touch with the Board of Renmei Karate Tsunami Federation in order to spread Karate Tsunami in Iran.
According to declaration of representatives of the Iranian side, they previously did careful insight into the scope of various styles practiced all over the world and decided themselves to choice exactly Karate Tsunami.
At this opportunity it’s worth underline, that representatives of the Iranian side in that range have deep insight into, because they stay at all kinds of sports events in many countries on different continents, among others: in the USA, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands, South Korea or Austria.
On Renmei - Federation’s side this contact takes care Vice-president of Federation shihan Vladimir Parfieniuk 7 dan, who lives in Zurich (Switzerland), responsible for coordinating Tsunami development in various countries. Because of this he specially came also for this schooling from Zurich to Warsaw, to run it.
Mentioned above instructors already run in Iran, their own clubs, whereas one of them Mehdi Ali Mohammadi – runs himself in Tehran 3 clubs. At present in those clubs they mainly teach taekwon-do various variants,mainly ITF and WTF) and also successfully start in various championships all over the world. Altogether they run activities in over 40 clubs and they have significant experience in this range, because some of them (e.g. mentioned above Mehdi Ali Mohammadi 5 dan) do this professionally for many years.

In this place it is well to mark that in Iran
live 70 million inhabitants, and its capital city - Tehran
is a large metropolis with 10 million inhabitants.
Next the Persian language and writing still use several
dozen million persons living in neighboring countries, specially in Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Already during the previous training in Honbu Dojo in Warsaw 22-23 September 2009 was initiated preparing of Iranian instructors to exams for different master’s degrees in Karate Tsunami. Next in their parent clubs in Iran they continued those intensive preparations.
Because of this at the present training soke Richard Murat 10 dan examined Iranian instructors for master’s degrees. Exams consisted of two parts: presentation of technical abilities and sparring - training fight.

Next the Polish side did very intensive training with the Iranian delegation.
Iranian instructors were presented main Karate Tsunami techniques, and also tactical solutions, with the special emphasis on soto-nagashi-uke. Presentation and techniques training run shihan Vladimir Pafieniuk 7 dan, and presentation of kumite (training fights) run soke Richard Murat 10 dan, whom partner was shihan Vladimir Pafieniuk 7 dan.
They said with one voice, that they were surprised with high level of Karate Tsunami solutions and with the great effectiveness of techniques and solutions presented in course of sparrings. This confirmed them in the accuracy of choice made by themselves.
For the guests from Iran, whom in religious range represent Islam in the Shiite variant, also liked very much universal principles of Karate Tsunami, according to them in this system representatives of all religions and outlooks of life are treated equally, and thanks to that they feel well in this system because it makes possible them practicing together and improving their skills.
Because of this with they agreed with the request of soke Richard Murat 10 dan, for the next visit to bring their religious symbols to Honbu Dojo.
The whole training was quite untypical, because all statements were interpreted from Persian into English, and then into Polish and from Polish into English, and then into Persian.
In this way began Tsunami development in the next country - Iran.
Soon for similar schooling and exams will come the next group of Iranian instructors.
This fact needs to be emphasized, that Iran is a country of huge possibilities not only because of large territory and the great number of inhabitants, but also very rich culture and the great significance of this country both in its region, and in all over the world. Because of Iran cultural-religious and political determinants Iran is also the country very much closed to any pressures and outside influences, and its inhabitants are famous of their pride and feeling of dignity.
In the end it is worth to inform, that Karate Tsunami is practiced by a lot persons from the Muslim culture, specially from various countries of Asia and Africa. Their profiles gradually will be presented in our Tsunamists’ Gallery.
By the way, it’s worth to praise, that, soke Richard Murat 10 dan is the only Polish master, to whom arrive delegations from the whole world to practice, to raise their level and pass exams for degrees. In order to do that, arrive to Honbu Dojo in Warsaw even masters from Asia, recognized as the cradle of martial arts.
Only in the last days soke Richard Murat 10 dan examined to master’s degrees for foreigners from Iran (whom are mentioned above) and also for master Nguyen Ngoc Tien from Vietnam – for the degree 7 dan. These irrefutable facts bear testimony to the high level of martial arts in Poland and the great recognition of soke Richard Murat 10 dan on variuos continents, also in Asia.
