Tsunami had alwyas been for me a martial art. Then it became a way of life.
Phisical training was giving me overall fitness, teaching patience, persevarence, stress immunity, consequence of actions and respect for my own work, as well as the other’s. Meditation was calming me down, helping in achieving internal mute. Transpositioning this abilities onto my everyday life happened to be a natural way of things.
Titles, medals and cups are just a “side effect”. One’s deadliest opponent is everyone themselves – only you can be beaten up by yourself. In Tsunami work and constant advancement are vital – and one can realize this task all his life.
