Karate Tsunami instructor coming from Bydgoszcz, Poland.
He is the veteran of Tsunami and is one of the longest serving instructors.
Born in March 09, 1966 in Bydgoszcz.
University education: graduated at The University of Technology and Science in Bydgoszcz, The faculty of Telecommunications and Electrical Engineering and The Koźmiński University in Warsaw.
Christopher Liminowicz had a responsible, highly placed positions in business and public administration. At present Christopher Liminowicz is the President of Management Board and Expert. He is also principal shareholder of the Przedsiębiorstwo Wdrożeń Innowacji Gospodarczych Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.). The name of the firm can be interpreted as the “firm implementing business innovations”. Among services can be found “EU funding consultancy” aimed to provide assistance in obtaining donations.
Prior to his career in Tsunami he practiced various disciplines of sport (starting with competitive swimming as a 7 years old kid). The last one, prior to practicing karate, was boxing. He has started his Tsunami career in 1983 and is currently one of the longest serving instructors. His first karate training was held in spring of 1983. The training was conducted by Wojciech Fedyk, the apprentice of the Karate Tsunami founder Richard Murat.
From 1985 he was instructor and vice-president of training and chief instructor at Bydgoszcz Karate-do Tsunami Club. In 2002 he founded the Academy of Karate Tsunami in Bydgoszcz.
He participated in vast number of training camps, conventions and demonstrations of Tsunami. In 1990 he has scored the first black belt degree (1st dan) and title of sensei. In 2003 soke Richard Murat 10 dan, granted him the Tsunami master degree of 5th dan and title of kyoshi.
From 1991 to 1996 he was Vice-Chairman of The Main Audit Committee of Polish Martial Arts and Sports Federation. From 2001 he has been the member of Honbu – Managament Board of Polish Tsunami Federation.
In 2008, in response to proposal brought forward by Richard Murat H.E. President of Republic of Poland granted Christopher Liminowicz with “The Bronze Cross of Merit” in recognition of his accomplishments of Karate Tsunami development.
Biography of kyoshi Christopher Liminowicz was described in the famous book written by soke Richard Murat 10 dan titled “Karate for beginners and advanced” (page 358). The book was published by “Książka i Wiedza”, Warsaw 2003 - the first edition and in 2008 – the second one).
